Frame of mind

Tonight I changed the home screen on my phone. I wanted something that reminded me it was ok to take a breathe and be in the moment.  To not need to rush between activities.

That living busy wasn’t a reward it was a distraction from what matters most.

This picture was taken from my last hike with my oldest, Bug, to Mt LeConte.  She stopped and threw her arms up and just took in the surroundings. No where for her to rush to.  Nothing to do. She was soaking up every moment. Just as life should be lived.

Lets “be” and be ok with it.
More importantly let’s encourage each other to “be”.  Being busy for the sake of being busy isn’t success.  It’s wasting precious life.
