Book Review: Drop Dead Healthy

I loved this book and i loved it because AJ Jacobs’s writing is hilarious. He writes in such a way that it makes me smile. If you haven’t read one of his books, I would highly recommend that you pick one up.

The premise of the book is that the author will strive to be the healthiest man alive for a period of time and chronical that journey, which turns out to be a little over two years.

What I liked about the book:
It’s completely crazy
It’s comical
He focuses on one part of being healthy for a month, examples include hearing, eating, working out, and the eyes.
I listened to the audio version which was a great experience because the author narrated.

This was the first book I finished in 2013 and was a great way to start the new year.
