Weekend Recap: Thankful for a Great Weekend

What a great Thanksgiving and weekend! I’m reminded at just how blessed I am to have a little one running around and how much more fun the holidays are/will be with that little one running around.

Our typical Thankgiving tradition has evolved over the past nine years of marriage. I host my family for lunch and then we travel for supper to my inlaws. Thankfully, I don’t have to do all the cooking at my house.

Lunch at my house was a great success! The turkey was quite tasty (I make a mean turkey!) and the company was great (even though we didn’t have all the family together). I counted more than fifteen gathered around the house.

Supper at the inlaws was also very nice. Again we were missing a few folks, so it was a smaller number (I think there was twice as food though!).

My usual Thankful posts will start back tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
